Mark launched the initial business in 2001, previously known as Intellitracker, where he developed the business to become the largest independent analytics supplier in the UK and second largest behind Webtrends in that period. Since becoming part of the GI Group, Mark continues to oversee all aspects of the company’s products, platform and cloud infrastructure, including design, development and end to end delivery to our clients.
Simon Roberts – Director. Head of Insight.
Simon co-founded Cognesia with a vision to change the landscape in digital analytics and to help companies leverage digital data to drive competitive advantage.
With a deep background in analysis, marketing and business Simon is able to help companies translate real business issues into tangible digital strategies utilising the unique technological capabilities of the Cognesia platform
Celia Poyser – Business Development Manager
With over 18 years experience in both traditional and digital marketing across a number of verticals, both in client and agency environments, Celia joined the business in late 2014 to utilise her skills and experience to help drive Cognesia forward, develop new client businesses and lead the sales and marketing communications areas.
Robin Welch – Chairman, GI Solutions Group
As CEO, Robin has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and the day to day operations of the GI Solutions Group. Robin is heavily involved in driving the day to day development of the Cognesia business and its future growth.
Andy Wood – Managing Director GI Insight
A co-founder of GI Insight, Andy has over 23 years in the field of database marketing and has created and managed more retail loyalty programmes than almost anyone in the UK. His particular skills lie in the analysis of data and acquiring customer insight to improve customer engagement, customer communications, turnover and ultimately profit to his clients. These skills compliment the complexity of the customer data gathered from the Cognesia platform to ensure the complete holistic view of the customer and business is achieved.
Simon Lisser – Finance Director
Simon joined Colorgraphic plc in 1987 from the Leicester Business School as a trainee accountant. He was appointed as Financial Controller in 1993. Simon qualified with the ACCA as an accountant in 1997. He joined GI Solutions Group in November 2005 as Financial Controller and was promoted to Commercial Director in July 2008.
